Yoga School is about a girl named Hyo-jung is fired from his job because she's considered not pretty. It makes Hyo-jung join to yoga classes owned by a former institute artist. A young yoga master explains to Hyo-jung and four other girls that only one person can master the secret of eternal beauty. For one week they take a yoga class, there are five rules that they must not be violated, namely: 1. should not eat, 2. should not be a shower after the class, 3. should not be looking in the mirror, 4. should not be out of the yoga institute buildings, 5. should not call anyone.

But, yeah, rules are made to be broken right? When the class progresses, they are tempted to violate the five precepts. Because of Hyo-jung and the four other girls began to feel the strangeness of the yoga institute and an artist who does not get old ...
